Developed by Rivetmaker Consulting, the EAGER scale is a free, online self-assessment tool that defines and measures engagement in terms of actual employee behavior -- making it easy for you to see and understand the financial impact of disengagement on your organization as a whole or on a specific workgroup, division or department.
Confidential and easy to complete, EAGER measures engagement based on your own observations and experience. All you need is your best judgment. No personal interviews with employees are required.
• How long does it take to complete?
No more than 5-10 minutes.
• What will I learn, what kind of results can I expect?
The EAGER scale analyzes and illustrates the level of engagement you are seeing in the department,
workgroup, or organization you submit for assessment. (Note: It does not identify the causes.)
• How will my results be delivered to me?
Your results will be displayed in a web report that you can access at anytime. A results link will be emailed to
you. Emails are delivered from EAGER@rivetmaker.com. Please mark as a safe sender if you are using an
email blocker or anti-spam software.
• What happens if your analysis indicates trouble spots that need attention?

• What happens if your analysis shows that my employees are sufficiently engaged?

• Will my information be shared with any third parties?
Your individual survey results are yours alone and are never disclosed to any other parties.

Survey results are gathered, aggregated, and sorted by Rivetmaker for research purposes. Research
findings may be shared or published but any/all identifying information will never be made public.
